1) Access to Athena after March 29 - YES! (but not for students)
-SLiney (find 200 books for new barcodes)
2) WIS - Export collections/bibliographies? NOT EASILY (If Athena is up can we do this manually?)
3) Destiny link in start menu? KEITH
4) Where do you want Destiny links on Websites? (District and School)
5) When is the last date we can be making changes in Athena prior to roll over? (3pm on Thursday)
-Sliney - 3:45
6) PR PROCESS FOR DISTRICT "Launch"-how? -when? - where?
-Sliney - will do own PR via email
-Tisko - keep it as only staff until 10-11
-BHS - wants to switch immediately
-WIS - both for training
7) CAN WE NOT circulate for Friday????
8) IC connection moving forward
TENTATIVE PLAN
1) End circulation with Athena at 3pm on Thursday 3/25
-Trish - one day is OK with SLINEY but not more than one
2) Keith/Clint upload .ALL from Athena to Destiny by 4pm on 3/25
3) Destiny loads .all files 8am 3/26
4) Once verified, Media Specialists test data in Destiny (Athena remains up)
5) IF issues, make changes necessary on 3/26
6) Destiny goes "live" on 3/29 for circulation, Athena still up for lookup/search
7) Training of staff students 3/29-?
8) Launch PR plan on 3/29
